If there is life in space, our chance of finding each other is very slim. There are millions of species of life on Earth, and so far, only one has built advanced civilization. Now, if ever star had one inhabited planet, how many do you think have intelligent life? How many have intelligent life that can travel through space? We'll see a bunch of exotic life forms, but finding intelligent life would be unlikely. In the vastness of space, it's possible that it exists, but improbable that we'll ever find them.

How do we know that 1 in 8 planets doesn't have intelligent life along with millions of other less complex species? We've never landed a probe on any planets beyond our solar system. What if life is absolutely EVERYWHERE in the universe?
Have any better sources? =)

sorry, but i have to see this "proof". i believe in other intelligent life 100%, but if you are referring to "ufo" pictures and things of the sort, that is NOT evidence. post a link? or a source maybe?

They are not pictures, I saw it on a documentary where they showed a live surgery by one of the most credible surgeons in the country remove a alien implant out of a person, he did 8 in total of these. The implant was analyzed and found to not be from this planet, more weird is that it made no inflammatory response and there was no scar that would show signs that human technology did it. I can send you the link to the documentary and the names of all people involved in the publication if you wish, it will take a while to find it though
simply questioning as to your beliefs...
people want to know whether or not there are biotic lifeforms anywhere. not energy manifestations.
That's how YOU defined life.
a rock may be energy, but that does not make it living, or even biotic. so i dont know where you are going with that. people want to know whether or not there are biotic lifeforms anywhere. not energy manifestations.
and the universe IS expanding. scientists have studied the distant stars using high powered telescopes and have noticed a red-shift in their light reflection. (thus meaning they are in fact moving away.
