I am new on here and I have been getting a lot of messages from members asking me what happened to my leg. I will answer this only one more time.

I lost my leg to Osteosarcoma in April of 2004.
If you don't know what that is then look it up.

At first life as an amputee was hard, learning to walk and getting used to using a prosthetic but i found strength in it and I don't care what anybody thinks. I am not handicapped. I am a normal person just like you

I couldn't care less.

I hope you feel that is an appropriate response.

what the fuck is wrong with you, learn some respect.

I think its good for you to accept that you have a disability and be able to open about it. Welcome to LW!

Why do you object to my comment?

Hi. I wouldn't think of you as not a normal person.

Hey Amber. I'm glad you've accepted your disability. I'm still having some trouble accepting mine, but will get there. :)

I'm glad you've come to terms with your 'dis'ability. That's a good attitude to have.

This isn't a good place for your type of crap. We don't put up with it here.
