Also do you gotta put in eye drops?

At first it felt strange, but after a while it became a perfectly natural thing to me. I never had to put in eye drops... although occasionally if I was out and they were irritating me, I would put a couple of drops of water into my eye. The first few times putting them in and taking them out feels weird. It doesn't hurt. You get used to it fast. And you only need to use eyedrops if your eyes get dry, which doesn't happen very often.
