Okay I have had my glasses for about a year and now I might wanna move up to contacts but for the people who have contacts does it hurt when you put them on? Also do you gotta put in eye drops?

I also used to be like you. I am dependent with eyeglasses before but now I used to wear contact lens. At first, wearing contact lens hurts but as go along with it, you'll get used to it and it won't hurt anymore.

It's not painful, It takes a long time (for me it did) figuring it out but afterwards awesome.

The first time I put my contacts in it hurt, but I got used to it. After that, it never hurt, except from one time I put it in wrong. I never used eye drops, because my eyes never dried out.

Putting in and taking out contacts never hurt for me. At first it felt strange, but after a while it became a perfectly natural thing to me.

I never had to put in eye drops... although occasionally if I was out and they were irritating me, I would put a couple of drops of water into my eye.

I don't wear contacts any more, I decided I couldn't be bothered. xD

I refused to wear my glasses when i got them so I got contacts. The first few times putting them in and taking them out feels weird. It doesn't hurt. You get used to it fast. Now i forget I wear them half the time.

Nah, I've had mine for like 9 years. Every once in a while I do need to use some eye drops, though.

Don't worry. Doesn't hurt at all. In fact, first time I got them in, I didn't even realize they were in because I couldn't even feel them. And you only need to use eyedrops if your eyes get dry, which doesn't happen very often. At least for me.

Nah you get used to it real quick.
It's nothing.

It only hurts the first few times, you get used to it after that. I never used eye drops, but they can come in handy when you are first using contacts. Your eyes tend to dry out a lot. Also, make sure you bring your glasses along with you, just in case.

Nope. Yes, use eye drops only when needed and when putting them in.
