And while I'm at it, Sphynx cats are naturally occurring as well, just in case you try to say they aren't. Again, they are just found and the gene is harnessed. |

Yuckkk. I don't like hairless animals a) they look weird and b) it's unnatural/human interference bred them like that. Though the hey baybeh cat is quite funny..
It's not unnatural. It's just harnessed.
Umm, yes it is unnatural. If humans hadn't purposefully bred them like that all those animals would have hair. I don't know about the others, but the guinea pig was bred in laboratories to make it easier to test products on their skin. They have a weaker immune system.
You do know that all breeds carry a recessive gene for certain traits I hope. All dogs, even shorthaired breeds, can produce longhaired dogs. Longhaired Mastiffs and Rottweilers are quite popular. And in many animals, it is natural. Don't take one example and try to apply it to everything. American Hairless Terriers for example are a naturally occurring thing. They are hairless Rat Terriers, nothing more nothing less. A coated Rat Terrier will still produce hairless offspring, and a hairless Rat Terrier will still produce coated offspring. It is, as I said, harnessed. |

| Thats sad, people sometimes forget their cats inside at night and if those gain popularity youll have plenty of them freezing outside. |

I utterly dislike hypoallergenic pets.
Hairless =/= hypoallergenic. |
