| I think it's definitely cruelty. The pets can't exactly decide to go on a diet, it's the owner who makes the decision about what it eats. That cat is huge, by the way. |

| Cruelty. Even though owners usually feed their pets out of love and never want them to be hungry. It's cruel to let them get unhealthy. |
