Below is a definition I provided for those of you unsure of what exactly reverse racism is:
Reverse Racism (noun): Discrimination or aggression directed towards the political majority (either a member or group of that majority or the majority in general).
Definition provided by: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/reverse_racism
I'd also like to add that reverse racism is often the result of past or present racial discrimination by the poltical and/or racial majority to a person in the minority, whether the actual discrimination is real or only perceived (hence why it's called reverse racism).
This topic is confusing. Do you mean blacks hating whites? Yeah, that's okay, black people have the right to hate anyone they want for whatever reason they want, same with whites, Asians, etc.
In general, I mean racial minorities hating whites. Minority in most Western countries outside of Latin America = black, east Asian, Indian, Native American, mestizo, Semitic, Turkic, etc.
Reverse racism, as a phrase, makes no fucking sense whatsoever. It is still racism.
It is still racism.
Agreed, although it's a little more specific than plain racism. As a phrase, it suggests that the person was discriminated against by the majority and, as a result of it, is racist (or prejudiced) against the majority.
The problem with being specific in this case is that, to some people at least, it actually justifies it. That notion is something I think we as a society really needs to work on, which I explained in my topic on reverse discrimination that I linked to in the OP.
Racism is racism.
No racism is acceptable, and the idea of reverse racism is just idiotic! Whoever said well because some of them hated us we can hate all of them is horribly wrong...
