LiveWire is Now Carbon Neutral

LiveWire uses 1700 Kilowatt hours of electricity each year. The production of that electricity emits 2051 pounds of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

Starting today, LiveWire has donated to purchase Green Tags, which are carbon offsets that allow organizations like LiveWire to fund the installation of renewable energy systems in schools and public buildings. A portion of our donation also goes towards watershed restoration.

LiveWire donated $60 to purchase Two Green Tags, that represents enough renewable energy to offset a typical home for a month with clean wind and solar power, and is equal to:

- 2,000 kilowatt-hours of renewable energy onto North America's power grids

- 3,000 miles of offsetting emissions from a standard car

Today LiveWire is committed to helping people, and together we will make a greener tomorrow.
