Usually it's the pretentious trolls and assholes who have 10 days activity and think they are doing their part in ridding the forum of angsty whiney teens by spamming because they can't think of a single word to say that could possibly be recognized as a contribution.

Sure going to the Doctor may not be cheap but if you have Insurance your co pay is usually small, and of course the ER bills you later with no up front fee, at least here.
