i'm really pissed off right now and don't know what i should do. my manager at the nursing home where i work is blaming me for a resident falling last night and it wasn't my fault and i told her that i didn't get the resident ready for dinner.
what should i do?

That's not immature, that's responsible. A woman fell and it's not the OP's fault. That means someone is being careless and needs spoken to. Nursing homes are shit, there needs to be more accountability and the OP taking the fall for it like a kid in high school is what would be immature.

Brush it off your shoulders, apologize for the situation even if it wasn't your fault, and let them know it won't happen again.
