So, its hard enough to get my paycheck from the place i work since i have to either catch one of my managers at the office or i have to wait till i get a shift to pick it up. well... my next shift isnt till the 5th of september. so i got direct deposit for work and the pay was supposed to be in my account AS OF TWO FUCKING HOURS AGO! FUCK! i cant stand how fucking unreliable this fucking company is. im impressed the one manager can remember hi fucking name when he wakes up in the morning. i need my fucking pay and its not fucking here! Is this check the first one to go into direct deposit?

I don't know about Canadian banks, but most American banks don't show a real-time update of accounts. Incoming funds are updated and credited to the accounts at specific times during the day.

1) Direct deposits usually take a couple weeks to get into the system, so you likely have a check.
2) If it's a big company, they outsource their payroll, so that'd be the third party that is slow.

decently large company, its been about 3-4 weeks, and my previous job outsourced their payroll to the same company and its really reliable. i know for a fact its the one manager cause hes dumb as shit, can barely remember his own name, and very unreliable for everything. he does this to alot of people which is why i gave it to the other manager but it turns out the dumb assed one does all the stuff for direct deposit and probably has forgot to send it in or he has washed it in his pants again by accident. hes known for doin that too
