Or rather, too many time consuming chores.

Every day, I have to clean the kitchen (do the millions of dishes, wipe the counters, and sweep the floor)

I also have to take my dog on a minimum 20 minute walk.

I also have to vacuum the whole house.

Those are just the things I do. I have a bunch of other chores that I avoid a lot.

I'm supposed to scoop the back yard for poor everyday, but I usually put that off into the weekend.

I am also supposed to clean my bathroom every week (sweep the floor, clean the mirrors, clean the bathtub, clean the sink).

I have too many things to do, and my parents don't understand that. When I get home (assuming all is well), I start doing my homework. I'll be finishing up my homework until a little before seven. Then I'll walk the dog. Then I'll clean the kitchen, and then my parents usually add on something else.

When I don't have chores, I basically sit around and do nothing, because I'm in shock that I have nothing to do.

Dude, get your siblings to do something as well.

Why assume there are siblings?

You sound like me.

Seriously. I'm actually home-schooled, but I don't get taught at all I'm supposed to do that myself AS WELL as all the chores. I do about 2 thirds of the housework in the house, and outside if I'm caught standing doing nothing it's like 'What the fuck are you on get and do something!'

It's ruining my life, because it's getting in the way of my education and my happiness...

I really feel for you

Perhaps your parents are easier to get through to, I'm sure you've tried to talk to them lots of times but try again! They are being terribly selfish, you should of course have responsibilities and do hings to help, but it shouldn't get in the way of your homework or free time.

Maybe another member of your family could see your situation and help you talk to them.

Good luck.

One day you'll have children.

Then you can take revenge on them.

Cus parents are sick like that.
