Seriously, it's not like I was taught to use a condom, and about pre-cum, and about STD's. It's common sense.
However, saying that, they're the most effective way of preventing pregnancy and I wouldn't have sex without one. It's not worth the risks :-/

There is no "safe sex" ??????? How? i know they are not hundred percent. but did it break? Is there a safe kind? and If it does break and you know cum went in... is there any Steps you can take?? I don't know about her specific situation, but for your 2nd question the condom breaks or cum/precum enters her she can take the morning after pill to prevent pregnancy (kind of like a boost of birth control pills, but in a healthier format). Should be taken ASAP but can be used up to 120 hours after sex. No, 72 hours. http://www.plannedparenthood.org/health-topics/emergency-contraception-morning-after-pill-4363.htm Actually it's now shown to be somewhat effective for up to 5 days although of course 3 is MUCH better and as soon as possible is what you're aiming for.

Apparently, if we are to believe in the Bible, not even abstinence is 100% effective. Goddamn life.
Having sex is like driving a car. You'll never be completely safe, but if you're smart, you'll probably avoid collisions.
If I fuck up, I get in trouble for it, no one else.
That said, there are only select times when I don't use a condom, and it's for very particular reasons and I do it with trust.
Except for that one time last year that I was convinced I had HIV for 3 months until I could get tested.. oii.

There is no "safe sex" It's safer than no using any protection. Most definitely. The chances of getting pregnant while using a condom are very slim. It happens, but very rarely.

Oh, it's most definitely better than using nothing at all. It's better to use a condom, or birth control. I'm just saying that neither protects you 100% from pregnancy or STDs.
she's right that's why they call it safer sex now
It's safer than not using any protection.
