For thousands of years life has simply been about survival. While this is still necessary, it is already fulfilled for middle to upper-class citizens, and happiness and pleasure become the new priorities of focus.
Outside of your daily schedule, what do you do for fun? Also, what do to try to include into your regular routine that you believe makes your life more worthwhile?

I want to be in graphic design. so I draw something everyday.

Writing, reading, being with my family.

Hopefully, one day, I will write something that has an impact on someone's life. That would make my life worthwhile.
