| when i had mine on i ate mashed potatoes, yougurts, oatmeal, mac and cheese, and cheese grits, but only until the pain went away. |

Best advice: 1.) Pain goes away 2.) It gets less wierd 3.) When u get them off, its TOTALLY worth it And yeah, mine really hurt too! |

| they hurt fucking bad. and i mean bad. i couldnt eat anything but soup for a couple days. same thing whenever i got em tightened. fuck braces sucked ass |

| I was sore for a few days afterwards. Get used to it, because every time they get tightened, they're sore for a few days. |
