It's not terrible, but it's not exactly great. I'm 15, never had a boyfriend, never been fancied, never been found attractive. I don't have a lot of friends, do pretty badly in school, most of my family are dead/are in prison/don't talk to me. My mum's going to court in a few weeks and we're likely to loose the house.

It's just the same old same old.
I just want some...excitement. Something good to happen.

/End rant.

For people who are saying "do something about it" what the fuck do you expect me to do? I can't exactly fix my family, or the court case, I can't change the way I look, I'm already trying to be better at school.

Well it sounds like you are depressed, low selfesteem,
You need to talk to someone.  Family life can ruin every other aspect of life.  Believe me when things were going bad in my family it affected relationships I had with friends and everything.

To get myself out of it I made a plan: Focus on friends, improve selfessteem by wearing makeup and dressing nice and focusing on school.  This actually worked. I just focused on those things and over a few months things started to get better.  I hope this helps.

Do something about it.

What exactly?

Want to feel more attractive? Put more time into your appearance, get in shape, etc.

Want to do better in school? Try harder

Don't have many friends? Be more social.

Something good WILL happen. You can't have all bad and no good, that's not how life works. Wait it out- life will improve, I promise.
Drinkingjam Posted at 1:51 pm on Jan. 8, 2009
Okay my life isn't as bad as yours, but I have a similar problem, it's just the same stuff over and over. Can't wait for Uni.

Try and find something in the distance to focus on, something positive, something to aim towards.
