I've been trying to avoid the sleeping pills lately because they just knock me out and I have the hardest time getting going in the morning. But, if I don't take them, its even harder to get to sleep, and you lose a few hours, and its still hard to get going in the morning. Any ideas of like, shorter lasting sleep aids, something like that?

before you go to sleep excercise then take a shower,Hot chocolate, 100% dark room, etc.

I take sleep eze and they work awesome, just always make sure your getting 8 hours. They dont make me feel half asleep in he morning they are awesome

talk to your doctor, and reduce your doseage/strength of medication.
