| Depending on your state, they cannot legally change your shift without a 24 hour notice. Also, they cannot make you work while off the clock. |

| If you're actually scheduled to work at 3... I don't see how they can suddenly change that and not let you start until 4... I mean, I don't know specific legalities, but that really doesn't make sense to me. Especially if you showed up for your shift and no one informed you otherwise... Is there any chance that you misunderstood the schedule, and you were actually scheduled to start at 4 instead? |
