Ive gone though eight or nine of those. One time I got it out of the box and put it on my head and the plastic band broke due to the size of my head. |

| I've never used Turtle Beach hardware. I've never had to replace a headset from Microsoft, but mine temporarily break for weeks at a time and then just start working again. It's weird lol. |
