If you say in a interview for a job that you can work from say 11AM to 9PM...and you finally get hired for a job..

will your job give you those exact hours or what?

it's a part-time job and i'm only 16 years old...

They'll just give you hours between those times.

No. They'll schedule you at hours  WITHIN that time frame, when they need you.

They probably wont. They will try to fit you in between those times and you most likely wont work a ton.

They'll schedule you when they need you. You might work that shift but then again you might not work the whole time.
