No, it's not. I had it put in place a while back. Sometimes you can feel it falling down though (not during sex), so you have to push it back in yourself.
It's not that terrible.

i've heard of that, and since it takes a doctor to put it in and take it out, i doubt it'd be that easy to come out during sex.
