If you left traces. And if an autopsy could show that it was murder. I am sure you'd get caught.
autopsy only in suspicious circumstances and even then not always chances are unless you were an idiot and like, told other people you would do it, you'd be fine.
I doubt that. If you're dumb enough to try to kill someone and get away with it, you're prolly dumb enough to fuck up somewhere down the line with the details. And leave a shoe print, a hair, a fingerprint. Something for them to go off of. I think it could be a 50/50 chance of getting caught.
you're not dumb if you get away with murder
I dont think you personally could get away with murder.
you dont think im capable of getting away with murder, but you think im capable of murder? |

| Wear a hairnet, gloves, put plastic bags over your feet, then inject them with a very small amount of lethal venom. Then get rid of the gloves, hairnet and bag in a hospital, as they throw out plenty of those a day. |

It doesnt matter what people think. It matters what the evidence says.
you realise how easy it is to kill a sleeping person? It wont be messy |
