I think it depends on if you live your life with goals to achieve before death. The only goal i have is to go to Australia. So if i didn't achieve that before i died, yeah I'd die with regrets.

As soon as that's done though, i could honestly say I'd die with no regrets. If your mission in life is ONLY to live life and be happy, if you're happy then yeah, you die without regrets. I personally don't believe in regrets. I just see them as obstacles that make you a better person.

thats just a change in perspective

That's just it, what better to change someones perspective on life and priorities than the end of life itself? Being confronted with death is like having an epiphany for every second you have left alive.

A dyeing person would sit there for hours and reflect on their life and think about all the things they have done because soon they wont have a life to do things with anymore. So all you can think of is "what was" and not "what could be"

At the end of that reflection people who have lived full lives may have no regrets.

i think its possible, depending on the person and the life they have lived
everyone has regrets but when it comes to death, the small regrets probably mean nothing so yeah
