If a parent buys a kid a film or a game who's age is less than what it on the box, that parent should not complain about the content of the game or film.

True. If the parent thinks the child is mature enough to handle the content then that is their decision, but they shouldn't complain about it later. And they can't take it back, so the parent should consider their child first.
