| I think you should tell your friends. Keep in mind that there is a pretty good possibility that they will talk to your parents/a school counselor/someone. |

If your friends truly care about you, they will try to help you with both cutting and bulimia. If you feel you can trust them with one secret, tell them the other as well. Every time you think about purging or cutting, call a friend and talk to him/her until the feeling goes away. Bulimia and cutting are definitely not worth it.
I know its not worth it, but I think I'll tell them. Most of them are trying to help. But I keep pushing it away, and now I know I can't continue that. |

a school councelor, high school or college can help. My school even had a social worker. Its not always that they can solve your problem but they can help you break it to your family to get the help you need.

I think you should go to your family for help and about cutting too. It probably won't feel good to tell them but to then get help will be good. When you aren't cutting anymore and not making yourself throw up you'll feel better about over coming those things.
My family and I aren't exactly on the best of terms right now. Because bisexuality makes me a "whore." |
