Many people that know me, don't really know me. My life is ran by food. It's the only thing constant on my mind. With the past four hours I have eaten: A piece of sharp cheddar cheese (block style) A bowl of icecream, about twenty pieces of fried okra, half a bagel w/ cream cheese, and a whole peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. This is usually an all day day thing. But it occurs most at night hours. I'm not going to throw it up because my throat is already harmed from that. But I have taken two of my moms colon cleasing pills, and I plan to burn at least 400 calories by spending two hours on our stationary bike. I don't know what to do with myself I get hungry soooo easy. But I also like to work out. I didn't know the severity of my problem until I just wrote that list of food, I'm crying I've told people but know one really cares or think that it''s that big of a deal. The only thing I can think of is ridding my house of junk food, but half of its my moms stuff! :( I wish I could throw up so bad right now.

Funny you should mention that. Because that's what I try to do. But it makes me so LAZY. People call me at all hours of the day and they're like DAMN ur sleep again.lol. I 've actually been doing a little better about not eating AS much :)

Try to do things to get food off your mind.
The more you stop thinking about it, the easier it'll get.

i heard gatorade has a ton of calories. atleast the new stuff. but pop is prbly just as bad. arizona tea = <33

that helps sometimes but some ppl drink TOO much water and it can be dangerous...  a safe amount is 6-10 bottles a day... depending on ur body

Omg. the same thing happens to me...

and its the summer so its happening more than ever right now...
im trying to base my life off of running...

i run cross country... after u run 4 a while, u dont feel hungry, u just want to sit or sleep... but u have to keep to a schedule... and do it every day or every other day....

trust me i kno wat u going thru....

i feel 4 u...

i promised myself i wouldnt hit that certain weight and i hit it today.... that was like a major wake up call for me... i start running in the morning....

try running... it helps trust me...
granola bars r awesome... so is vault and gatorade... keep off the sodas...
