that's really sad, cause you're pretty, i would never know if i saw you in public, but all i can say is go to sleep earlier, just wake up normal time and sleep earlier, i know this seems like a waste of time, a waste of life, but just try to shut the door to your room, turn off the lights and sleep, it should help, it's a better use of your time than eating
Funny you should mention that. Because that's what I try to do. But it makes me so LAZY. People call me at all hours of the day and they're like DAMN ur sleep again.lol. I 've actually been doing a little better about not eating AS much :)

stacker pills. steal them from the mall. they make you unhungry. its hard to imagine but it works so well. and if you do actually take this advice-one a day.

that helps sometimes but some ppl drink TOO much water and it can be dangerous... a safe amount is 6-10 bottles a day... depending on ur body
Dudette, get some professional help ASAP. I eat a lot like you, I don't throw up but I'm still in great shape.

and its the summer so its happening more than ever right now... im trying to base my life off of running...
i run cross country... after u run 4 a while, u dont feel hungry, u just want to sit or sleep... but u have to keep to a schedule... and do it every day or every other day....
trust me i kno wat u going thru....

i promised myself i wouldnt hit that certain weight and i hit it today.... that was like a major wake up call for me... i start running in the morning....
try running... it helps trust me... granola bars r awesome... so is vault and gatorade... keep off the sodas...
