i was wondering if there was like a certain cal. count to be considered anorexic. i only eat 1000 cals. a day instead of the normal 2000. so is that anorexic or what?

Calories don't define Anorexia, there's many factors to it, google it.

yeah, ok, whatever, that doesn't make you ana, it's complicated, but if you were anorexic you'd know, or not, well i mean you'd be in denial, but you would be obsessing over every calorie, like for example i wouldn't let myself chew gum today cause it was 10 calories, so I took a different brand that had 2.5 cals only, and then I measured out my rasberries in a measuring cup and calculated how many calories they had, I was even skeptical about my vitamins cause it said they have carbs. when you obsess so much it drives you insane, then you'll know

You should add like 200 calories, the average person shouldn't really let there calorie count get below that. But I do not beliee hat you are considered anorexic, if you we're 100 calories a day would actualy be higher than most. if you really want to loes weight, then have a lower than average calorie intake, but not below 1200 and be sure to exercise, even just 30min alks will help.

it depends on how much you weigh. you base your daily caloric intake on that.

anorexia is when you don't want to eat at all. not a diet but a problem.
