I am trying to get over an eating disorder, and I am just wondering if you guys know of any books that may help.  I'm not going to get therapy, so this is my replacement.  I have one book, but it is triggering me more than helping me, and i have another that is written by a guy that I don't think really understands eating disorders fully.  So if you have any suggestions, please let me know.  Thanks

You could probably find something in the teen section of a library, or a book about life. Those would be general though. Try googling it on google books.
