i have two weeks and like im going on a fast... should i do a water only fast ? or a juice fast? or a liquid fast? or a 0 Calorie liquid fast?
i think i might do the 0 calorie fast... idk
advice please??
Oh And yes i have a eating disorder... thats why i choice a fast cause ive done them before and no matter what no one says im not gonna NOT do a fast i wanna which i should do?
