If you need to lose weight, maybe just cut down your calories slightly. When you feel the need to snack, try 0 calorie drinks, like Powerade Zero. It tastes exactly like regular Powerade, but it has no calories. I drink it all the time when I feel the need to snack on junk food in between workouts. Just having the flavor of the drink makes me feel less like snacking!

Why don't you eat regularly, and then go back to your school more often to train so you can lose weight

If you don't eat, you'll lose.
