just watch ur calorie intake for a while, and walk a little more during the day |

water!!! drink lots of it.. its good that ur staying away from fatty foods! excersise.. go on a 1200 -1500 cal diet less than 10G fat a day buy a pedometer and walk at least 10,000 steps a day... u will lose weight! |

| It's a tedious process, losing weight. I've been exercising since January and only now am I starting to see/feel a difference. Persevere with it, and stick to your diet. Everything will turn out good in the end. |
