thats quite alot if you say you have an eating disorder. although eating regually and getting the same calorie count is definetly better then having large gaps between meals that are high in fat. But if this is SO much less then what you were eating... I would hate to know how much you WERE eating before. |

| If you insist upon eating less, eat high density, healthy foods (thick breads, red meat, wild brown rice, fruits, veggies, etc.) instead of unhealthy foods. Not chocolate milk, but normal, whole milk. Stuff like that. Personally, I think you are a moron to malnourish yourself. Why is it? To lose weight because you want to look like the skeleton fashion models? Please, the best way is lots of cardio (half an hour or more daily), following the food pyramid, multi-vitamins, limited processed and junk foods. Eat a large breakfast, a modest lunch, and a small dinner. That is the best. Also, do not binge. Message me if you need anything. p.s. Sorry if I misunderstood your post, it was poorly written. |

| well depends on how much you normally eat and your body weight before. I started eating alot less for a while and my stomach shrank and now i cant eat as much so it does work but if you usually eat alot then thats not good but if your a very small girl or somethin gthat might be good i dunno gotta give mroe info |
