It sounds like the classic symptoms of a control oriented eating disorder coming up. I'd suggest that you talk to a dietician or at least the school nurse if you have one, or your doctor and get a plan that offers *balance* in food quality and type vs quantity and calories. It's not as simple as jsut a calorie count. A plan will also help you defien a reasonable goal that will keep you healthy and enjoying your athletic life style. |
