What can i do ??

Maybe you could try writing in a journal/ blog and being brutally honest about what you are doing... PM me, you need someone to talk to. As hard as it is, TELL them. You'll be surprised at how much easier your life in general will feel. They will be able to provide you with the resources you need, such as a nutritionist and therapist. If you want to, THEN you can tell your friends, but only if you're comfortable. Please feel free to PM me any time if you want to talk!
