I know I just posted a topic like this. Well I want to lose some weight, but I'm not sure of a healthy way to, other than to stop eating so fucking much. Is there any healthy diet for a 14 year old girl? I want to lose around 5 pounds, but I don't want my mom finding out. She has really been watching me because we just found out family friends' daughter (my BFFL) became anorexic during overnight camp. [She was 85 pounds and lost 15. She is almost 5 feet tall (it's scary).] So now I'm worried that my mom will find out if I lose weight. I'm fairly active (4 and a half hours of soccer practice a day) and I shouldn't have much of a problem. Is there a diet out there that I can try and not be noticed?

i think you really need to lose about 15 pounds for the boys to like you, try that.

You really don't need to go on a diet.

But if you must, make sure do do it properly. Don't go on some scam diet, do the proper research so you know what your doing. Bodybuilding.com has some good articles on nutrition, I would say read at least 20 or so of them, then read at least a couple of books on nutrition just to be safe.

I honestly do not see a reason for you to need to lose weight, Your only 14 you shouldn't be having to worry so heavily about how you look as your likely still growing. Worry more when your sure you've stopped growing.

Ifv you dont eat for a day, you will probably lose such weight. Keep your self active for a day. do something that you want to do, and dont stop. something fun.
