you can be skinny on the outside and fat on the inside, so i guess anything is possible.

the only way they keep so fat is because they eat rice.

Rice is super absorbent inside the body and therefore prevents them from losing any weight. And they are built like tanks

ya. but it depends if your the underweight and skin and bones. or underweight but muscular and u excersize and eat right

i suppose so, depends on the build mostly. but most people who qualify as overweight and are still healthy have a lot of muscle mass instead of fat.
