I swear I am a compulsive eater and my boyfriend says i eat way to much for my own good.
Im not overweight by any means but im ALWAYS hungry and ALWAYS wanting to snack and usually do snack.

For breakfast this morning I had a bowl of cereal and a yoghurt.
I had a chocolate bar and a packet of crisps at 10.30am
I had some pasta in cheese sauce and some sweets at 1pm
I had a tuna wrap 30 minutes ago and for my dinner tonight I am having chicken bake, chips and veg.

Is this way to much?
How can i stop eating so much and stop feeling so hungry all the time?

First things first, your eating five meals a day, so that is a good habit to get have, the only thing that i think that you should be careful of is not to pile your plate.

just have small amounts of what ever you have, and also.. dont have chips and shit for snacks.. have like a nut bar, banana, apple, orange etc...

because what happens, is that ur not gaining weightnow and you get in to the habit of eating bad food.. when you get older ur body wont work like it used too... everything will go to ur arse, hips, stomach..

mmmm thunder tighs!

you may eat all the time, but do not eat too much :)

Micus Posted at 10:21 am on Aug. 18, 2008
Cut out the sweets and chips, if you think you're eating too much. Have an apple instead.

EllaLovesYou Posted at 10:16 am on Aug. 18, 2008
OMG YOU EAT SO MUCH YOUR SO FAT!

wtf that is like hardly anything, its breakfast lunch and dinner with snacks in between.

What time did you eat breakfast and how long after your tuna wrap are you eating dinner.

And plus your eating quite healthily!

it does sound like too much. Maybe you have low metabolism? I'd just eat one portion of something and give it time to digest first. If you're not gaining weight its one thing but be aware that overreating can do other things to your body other than put on weight.
katjassidekick Posted at 10:14 am on Aug. 18, 2008
That doesn't even sound like a lot.

A compulsive eating is like, binge eating.

Natsy Posted at 10:14 am on Aug. 18, 2008
erm... that sounds like quite a bit
Alabamarama Posted at 10:13 am on Aug. 18, 2008
Well, it's supposed to be healthier to eat smaller meals throughout the day than three large ones, so as long as what you eat is healthy and in small portions it's not a bad thing.
