| I used to think like that until I realised it's not weight but shape and body fat % that matters. I'd rather have a lower than average body fat % than BMI now. |

| I feel happier when I know I'm under the norm. It's not a particularly healthy frame of mind, but as long as you don't actually go out of your way to lose weight, don't stress over it. We all have unreasonable expectations of ourselves, and more often than not, we are able to recognise this. |

| Maybe you really lke sweets and can't trust yourself with NOT being overweight if you were normal weight. So you decide to be underweight so if you slip up and eat too much fat at once, youll be normal weight... |
