nobody ever FULLY recovers, just because of the fact that they will always be wary about their weight.. go to your doctors and explain,,, the first step of helping youself is admitting uve got a problem.. your family and friends will stick by you and in the end you will end up better off... i really hope you get better x

no one ever recovers, they just turn their self control towards eating rather than not eating, but sooner or later, everyone snaps. you're stuck with this for life, i'm sorry xx

Your food isnt going to make you fat. You need to talk with a nutritionist, a doctor, a counselor, something. get the help you need. balance a healthy diet, start some vitamins. get some positve thinking back. you need to be healthy, therefore you need to eat. you do not need to starve, or throw up. take care of yourself. why waste everything, your life, just so you dont have to be fat? its not that bad to be a bigger girl. dont worry about your weight. just live.

The real problem with being bulimic/anorexic is that you are denying your body the nutrients that it needs, so once you actually get food, instead of using it up at a normal rate it will stay in starvation mode and turn the food into fat as soon as possible. You should ease back into eating food, just having a snack here and there while running/exercising a bit to counteract the possible weight gain. Being anorexic/bulimic is the easy way out with a bad ending. Stop it early and turn your life in a productive direction.

what are you scared of? clearly you want to stop what you are doing, and by telling someone you will only get closer to improvement. people who have eating disorders often do this because of body image consciously, but more importantly they do this because subconsciously they feel they need to cease control over something and your diet is something that is easy to control. it's scary to give someone else that control, but if you really want to obtain a grasp on your life you need to move beyond obsessing and focus on improvement. tell someone for your own sake |
