| I first cut down how much I ate at meals which eventually led to skipping them altogether. You're at an advantage of being aware of what you're doing which is good. If you don't want it to lead to an eating disorder then it would be best to talk to someone now about it. Pm me if you need a chat ok? |

| Cutting is bad and you you ned to stop that just so you know. I don't have an ED but I do skip meals the only time I eat is when my parents make me eat. Thats usually around dinner. I don't eat much though. Then I go walk my dog for about an hour to burn off as much as I put in. In which I never do eat a lot for dinner anyways. I've tried making myself throw^ and can never go threw with it, I just gag. So all I do is starve myself and then when i'm forced to eat after that I just burn it all off by exercising. pm me if you ever need to talk. |

I ate and ate. Then I forced myself to puke everything up, after it'd been in my stomach a minute or so. I got over this, but now food makes me vomit, anyways. |
