i myself suffer with a binge eating disorder, and so too know how difficult it is to stop. what your councillor has suggested seems like a good idea, as it is allowing you to have the food you want to eat, but in smaller amounts. however, this idea may not help if you find that chocolate is your 'trigger' food; which will start the process of your binge eating, instead of stopping it. |

Eating a small amount of junk food is much better than eating a large amount of junk food. People with eating disorders can't become health freaks overnight. |

You need to change your avatar ... but really buying chocolate isn't the best solution, try having mostly just salad with some light oil-vinegar dressing and lean proteins. |
