Since I have started high school. I have been having problems with eating. At first I suddenly just tried to lose weight (I am already under weight). So I stopped eating all meals except dinner and I even tried not  to eat dinner. But I did and when I did I would force a lot in my mouth like an idiot. Then I tried to eat again and it would upset my stomach. Then after that I would eat a lot. And just recently I have thought about being a veghterian. But I know I wouldnt be getting enough nutrients and protien for my body unless I have a health trainer. All thats been on my mind for the past year has been being healthy and food. Its so distracting.

You could definatley be developing one, If you don't already have one. Talk to somebody!
First try to slowly eat dinner.
After a week of that, try to eat something small for breakfast.
Increase it.
After two weeks of combined dinner and breakfast, try lunch,
