| Im a vegetarian too,and even thouh ppl say u need meat to loose weight ,thats not true.Im trying to go on a diet too at the moment,if u wanted me 2 support u or something just PM me.Good luck |

| You're probably burning about 1600 calories a day without exercise - ie that's the amount your body uses to keep your organs running and your cells regenerating. With strenuous exercising and barely any food that's a massive daily calorie deficit. Sounds good on paper, but your body's response to having not nearly enough food is to clamp down, lower your metabolism, and start using your muscle for food rather than your fat. It's a smart physiological response if you're starving in a desert, but fucks you over completely if you're trying to reduce fat. |

1,000 or less....most likely less. And now. I do a yoga class, but I also run and take weight lifting at school and do that in my free time. I am ridiculously active, but it is not helping! |

| I'm not saying that I am going to be all, "I'm never gonna eat again!" Just that if I cut meals out it will give me time that I presently don't have. I was lucky today, I have a day off and no homework. |

You think you can reach a certain weight and decide "oh, okay, I think I'll stop being mentally ill now"? Anorexia nervosa =/= starving yourself, and starving yourself =/= a good weight loss strategy. |

I don't have time for 5 small meals a day. I get up at 4am and jogging then to the gym. ((I have a small breakfast first, usually fruit)) then I go to school, then I go to volenteer or work. Then I have hw. |

| Okay, I obviously left some things out and didn't make them clear enough. I AM a girl, and I go to the gym every morning before school for 2 hours! And I don't eat lunch because I am at school ((if you have seen that stuff you understand)) and I eat really healthy. I don't drink soda or any of that junk! Just water pretty much! |

| Do cardio. That's what gets rid of the most fat the quickest. Crunches and ab workouts or any other weight training or repitition training are to build muscle. Do NOT become anorexic! Not eating makes your metabolism go to shit. It'll slow and as soon as you eat, you'll gain anything you lost by not eating plus more. Run, bike, swim, or something else for atleast 30 minutes a day and take in less calories than you burn off. Go to Mypyramid.gov for an eassy way to find out how many calories you should eat daily. |
