Here's what i've eaten the past four days Day one: Nothing. Felt kind of sick and full all day Day two: string cheese stick,half a 'hot ham and cheese' sandwich and a small orange Day three- Was a pig. String cheese stick, ham, cheese and bacon school lunch (grilled and without eating crusts), some fries, and about 1/3 of a small orange, then for dinner I had 5 small pieces of kielbasa and some alfredo (my mom made me eat it, kind of) Today- Nothing. drinking a 220 calorie amp energy drink.
So far i'm just kind of tired. I don't feel hungry or anything.
and how can I keep my mom from noticing if I don't have dinner? I was thinking just make it and throw it out when she's not there watching me.
ALSO, side note, I'm only doing this until I drop about ten to fifteen pounds.. Well..thirteen right now. So i am 110lbs.
Last weigh in- today. Weight- 123.5lbs.
