for the past couple of months I've been using laxatives in order to make my tummy smaller. I've felt fat since I was like I don't know, 8. I skip meals because I don't want to eat. I can't cope with weighing myself because I'm never happy so i've stoped now, but I still can't help but feel huge, even if everyone around me has always assured me that I'm not. so straying back to the stupid question, do I have some sorrt of eating disorder?

my mom had bulmia as a teen and my cousin on my father's side had one as a teen. oh and I feel like I lack control in my life and I don't feel like I'm ever enough and I desperately want to be 100% accepted by my peers, I want to be like that jimmy eat world song Here it goes

To be completely honest I could never to regular exercise because I'm scared to death of routine. and I can't make a commitment like that without having a severe headache for several days. and I can't go out and jog on my own either because I can't go out on my own, it's an impossibility because I'm just that mature :/. what I need to do is gain som damn perspective, anyone got some for sale?

Yes, I do believe you have an eating disorder. Eating disorders often go beyond just image, they're deeper than that. Laxatives shouldn't be used to to lose weight, that's dangerous! I strongly suggest telling a trusted adult about your problem before it progresses any further! I used to have bulimia when I was about 13 years old, and it's not fun.

I was always on a "pedastool" to seem perfect to my parents. I learned after keeping my secret in for so long that my life wasn't worth being "skinny." It's about being healthy, that's all that really matters. Why don't you just start exercising with your friends? Like play a sport or something to keep your mind off of your disorder.

Not only will it make you become healthier, you will also be so busy that you'll begin to forget all about your disorder.

oK stop. There is no point in taking laxatives, i really dont see how that logic works but ok. Also, skipping meals makes you put on weight because of the havoc it causes with your metabolism, telling it that you are starving so then it starts storing fat as opposed to burning up your reserves because it doesn't know when it will get more food/energy.
Exercise is the way to go i swear.  Just do say an hour 3 times a week and have a balanced diet. Loads of fruit and vegetables. You can't go wrong that way as you will be at your natural healthiest. If youre having to starve yourself to look thin then that's not how you're meant to be.

Dieting has also been proven to push you away from your peers as you become so obsessed with it and lose care for other topics.  Being any thinner won't make your peers 'accept' you so stop worrying about it.
