4 pounds is fuck all, you can gain or lose that much at the drop of a hat
it generally takes at least 2 weeks of dieting to lose 4lbs
or a particularly hot day when you sweat a lot will also make you lose 4 pounds, but you will put most of it back on when you rehydrate hellooo??? |

| protein will not make u grow muscle unless you are actually doing any exercise/weights. protein usually takes longer for your body to process it which means that you are probably missing out on other meals u might be having. Only take the protein if you are doing weights. If you want to gain weight, eat more carbs like pasta and potatos etc |

yeah protein fills you up more so you are probably eating less other stuff, which turns to stored fat. |

| Maybe the protein is making you feel full for longer so you're eating less after breakfast. |
