I don't know why he was already skinny, straight which means he is not sexually harresed. I noticed he had weird eating habits and we were eating lunch friday and then he was like Ill be right back he threw away his food. I didn't really suspect what he was going to do but I had to use the restroom and when I walked in I heard someone gaging in a stall and I peeked in and I noticed those were his shoes and it kind of sounded like him when I heard him puke I walked out and went to another bathroom. Why do you think he would be doing this? What can I do to help him?

Just because someone's straight doesn't mean they can't be sexually abused, dumbass.

i thought this was obvious. its called abuse for a reason. him being straight does nothing to affect this situation.

Maybe he was just sick that day?
Other than that, dont give him the hassle of "why are you throwing up" because they dont normally respond to criticism.
There are bullemics and recoverers on this site who can probably help you more, but since its partly about self esteem, maybe just stick up for him if he gets bullied about something and generally be nice around him (im sure you are anyway). Be there for him if he wants to talk and try to make him feel good about himself.
This might be shite advice though.

Maybe he's sick. Don't assume things.
