I am bulimic so to say. I don't binge eat however. It's whenever I eat something and I can feel it at all, like a piece of pizza or something. This has been going on for two years. I've already had to go to the hospital several time for stomach ulcers and bleeding. My teeth constantly ache and I just feel horrible. I'm in therapy right now for it but it's not really helping.
I feel like I can't stop and I don't know what to do.

Well what are you suggesting you do about it?

There are some really incredible books out there that deal with recovery from eating disorders, they have loads of techniques that make you feel a bit better. Also it might be an idea to change to another therapist.

But you might not feel like it's helping but really it's probably doing a lot more than you think, hopfully you will start feeling better soon.

All the best! I know it's hard, but don't give up.
