In the morning I may have a yogurt or cereal but that's it.
For lunch I usually am never hungry, once in a blue moon I might eat a microwave pizza but that's it.
Then come dinner I gorge myself with whatever my mom cooked for the night.
I think I drink more Hawaiian Punch or any other drink throughout the day vs food.
Is this normal? I'm 6' 2" and weigh about 148 lbs.
