I stopped because I got scared but I still feel bloated and gross. What would the ED people do in this situation?

There are various causes of vomiting blood, like damage of inner organs, intestines, internal bleeding and other; and some conditions could be very serious. I suggest going to the doctor as soon as possible, this is an emergency situation. Anonymous Posted at 7:28 pm on Nov. 7, 2008 it depends on how much blood. if its just streaks of blood, the purging is starting to affect ur esophogus and in time you'll tear a hole in it or if it was a lot of blood, then u should really REALLY go to the hospital because that means u mightve ruptured ur stomach or u already have a hole in ur esophogus.
