Lately I've found it very hard to eat. I don't know why.. I know I need to eat, and I've been making conscious decisions to eat for months now, and I've been really good.

This past week though, I've gone probably two or three days where I only eat one meal a day.

I'm just too nervous. My anxiety is so high I just can't will myself to eat. FUckk.

it sounds like you might have the beginning for an eating disorder i think that you need to talk to some one about this before it turns into a full blown eating disorder.

Uh no this is the lingering effects of having an eating disorder exactly one year ago.

Maybe you should try to find the origin of your anxiety and gradually resolve it until you get to a point where is not a problem. Try doing that and if it does not work then see a professional.

you might want to go and talk to a doctor about putting you on some nerve medicine.. i use to have to take them because i had major anxiety attacks over a little thing.. and i literally stop eating just like you because i couldnt keep it down...you might want to consider looking into that... it helped me out a lot...
