Uh no this is the lingering effects of having an eating disorder exactly one year ago. |

| Maybe you should try to find the origin of your anxiety and gradually resolve it until you get to a point where is not a problem. Try doing that and if it does not work then see a professional. |

| you might want to go and talk to a doctor about putting you on some nerve medicine.. i use to have to take them because i had major anxiety attacks over a little thing.. and i literally stop eating just like you because i couldnt keep it down...you might want to consider looking into that... it helped me out a lot... |
